another Sophie gets felt up
Can a girl have too many bags? Yes, probably. That's why I made this one for my mom, using Bartlett Yarns worsted in black, and Peace Fleece in Ancient Fern. Mom wears a lot of brown and amber, so I think she'll get a lot of use out of this cute little bag.
Here's a close-up of the beaded handles. Most of the beads I use are glass, and are therefore breakable. I've made a leather shoulder strap as well, in case she doesn't want the beaded handle. You can just never tell what my mother will want, you know? I f I say "red", she'll say "green". So this time I'll say "black, amber and Peace Fleece," and let's just see if she doesn't shout out a great big, enthusiastic "YES!" Is anyone else thinking that time is passing by more quickly these days? Wouldn't you think that if time keeps moving faster, evenutally it would go backwards? Yeah, I know--I'm trying to avoid Monday Morning at the Office. Time travel may be an extreme method of avoidance, but I'm willing to give it a shot...

Very cute bag and beautiful handles too. How did you make the leather strap?
Time travel...that sounds good! I hope you have a good Monday. :)
Your bag is bee-you-tee-full. You want to see time fly? Have summers off.
But I ain't complainin', just sayin'. Have a great week, sweetpea.
Hi, I found your blog through Norma's... a couple questions... where in Idaho do you live? I am just in Logan, so not very far from the Utah/Idaho border. And my other question, where did you get the Make Gloves, Not War sticker?

The bag looks great, Kim!
