rainy days

We've had more rain in the last two weeks than in the entire last half of 2004. The air smells fresh and clean, and various colors of Spring are all around. Lush green grass, bright pink tulips.

Today's weather promises more of the same. The skies are gray and full of dark, stormy clouds, and a consistent drizzle has been forecast for the rest of the week. It's the sort of day where I wish I were six years old again, staying home from school just 'cuz mom said it was okay, and spending the day outside stomping through puddles in my galoshes. Matter of fact, I just might stomp through a puddle or two on my way to the office. Enjoy your Wednesday, everyone!
