An update----the Credit Card Company has reduced my rate to 13.99%. The Customer Care Representative told me to ALWAYS call if I had any concerns, and that the rate is almost always negotiable.
Now to change the subject, here's a little something I found the other day that really made me smile. Yep, that's me up there on that horse, back in 1963. I just love my Mom's hair, and that little scarf cracks me up.
